Three years after Mike bowed out of the stripper life at the top of his game, he and the remaining Kings of Tampa hit the road to Myrtle Beach to put on one last blow-out performance.
You can tell that the film industry allowed Tatum one more chance to go big or go home for this one since it felt more actual film than home movie with its higher budget relying on larger sets and environments instead of lame angst and lost story lines the original relied on.
The acting was ehh fair ... the dancing and set up was given a lot more thought and effort this time around which was interesting.
I did like that they had a mix of full figured girls along with the slender ones and that this time around it wasn't made a joke of. Its nice that the outcry from fans that were insulted by the broken back haha moment in the first film was heard and taken seriously.
I'm not sure if I want to rate this movie a three or four star but I gave it four simply for the fact that its creators did a better job this time around compared to the fail of the first.
