Love and Lap Dances Volume 2 by Katie de Long
The exotic dancers and employees of the Queen of Clubs walk a fine line, with only wits, beauty, and market savvy to keep them from toppling into the shark pit. Ride shotgun through lapdances, romance, and sexual awakenings. Don’t worry, these girls won’t ask what your hands are doing under the tip rail.
This collection contains novellas 8-13 in the Love and Lap Dances series. These stories are intended for mature audiences, and include graphic content.
Here are the stories contained in Love and Lapdances, Volume 2:
Teach Me—After Cora crosses some boundaries at work, her relationship with Kirk—and their jobs—are in the crossfire.
Plan B—Changes come in threes. Lia's son is about to graduate when an injury forces her to stop dancing. What'll the last change be?
Dare You—Candy's dusting off her broken heart when a confrontation with a regular forces her to enlist outside help. But when Rafe learns the truth about her, will he still view their chance meeting as a good thing?
Fallen—With so much changing so fast, Tori and Bradley's relationship is on the rocks. Can a family emergency pull them together?
Bet You—When a fellow dancer begs Saffron to keep her ex away from her, Saffron has no idea what she's in for. Chase can be intense, immature, and strangely endearing. But will the way their relationship began cause the way it ends?
Party Girl—Lee lives for the moment, right up until she's fired from the Queen of Clubs for acts of prostitution. Her oldest friend will be there for her no matter what, but can the client she got caught serving help, too?
Love and Lap Dances is great for an erotic read when all you are looking for is the seduction but I didn't feel a whole lot of body or passion. The anthology of erotic tales is fun and well written but I think I had the expectation of reading a more fully developed novel. That being said Love and Lap Dances is great with the ball buster chicks.
Miss Long has created a world around her dirty ladies that drag you kicking and screaming into some shady situations, people, and places that are just naughty enough to be fun.
Although there were some things I didn't like harsh reality is a bitch of a mistress.
