The Chalet: The Submissive Series
I received a digital copy in exchange for an honest review from Netgalley. The Chalet is a continuation of the BDSM "Submissive Trilogy." Readers get to be a part of Abby Nathaniel's tie the knot and slumber over ceremony or otherwise known as the wedding and honeymoon episode. Its a decent story, I was just hoping for more out of it.
I would have liked to have gotten some emotional content or interaction between Abby and Nathaniel but it just seemed to be a dead issue. Although there was plenty of sex to be had it just felt empty for me so I don't think I'll be continuing the series. Don't get me wrong its written well and its good steam action but I need more depth and feeling between my characters to invest in their stories.
