Claudine
I received a print copy in exchange for an honest review from Berkley. Claudine to me felt like a Ya romance trying to be an NA that resulted with an Adult Erotic theme and content with a 50 Shades of Grey naivete. It wasn't a bad story, I couldn't get into the characters even though there was supposed to be a deeper story webbed in Maria/Claudine's history even though we don't get too much of an honest depth to that journey. Plenty of vivid well detailed sex scenes due to the fact that she's an escort but not much emotion to be found in any of it. I wish there had been more detail and more information for the reader to gain from it but the story just sort of fell flat for me.
