I really wanted to like this novel more than I did, but I suppose the context of the story really irritated me. From the get go I did not like Natalie at all and that continued well into the book. Her personality really grated on my nerves pretty much through the entire thing. From the beginning I really liked Lucas and I felt bad for him for Natalie's dishonesty and manipulation. Sure Natalies personality began to change toward the end of the book but by then I felt it was too late for for her to make up for the rest of it, which made it difficult for me to really get into the book whole heartedly. Its still a decent book and worth reading but for me - it wasn't one of my favorites.
