Wild Child
I received a digital copy from Netgalley in exchange for honest review. Monica and Jackson will tickle your sweet tooth! Wild Child is an adorable read for anyone to enjoy! Bad girl ex reality star Monica returns home to Arkansas only to gripe on town mayor Jackson, who's trying to bring a cookie company into town but her kind of image isn't good for the towns appearance.
Monica is hard hearted and jaded toward men due to her past experiences with them, and Jackson is resentful of Monica's overly open nature. Both find themselves attracted to each other and can't deny their growing feelings for each other.
Readers get to watch Monica and Jackson grow as individuals, as a person within their town and as a person embracing a relationship.
This is not a light on the romance kind of novel so be aware there is a lot of heavy intimacy.
There were a couple issues I had but overall Wild Child was a really good read.
