Gabriel's Mate
I received a print copy of Gabriel's Mate during a giveaway so I decided to post a review for it.
Where do I begin....
Gabriel... Gabriel... Gabriel... you are by far the very first flat out shocking surprise out of every single book I've ever read. Ever.
By the time I discovered the uh... unique "flaw" I was reading the book in a very public place.
My reaction?
A little bit of stunned silence, then awareness came and I was wondering if anyone could see the same words I was reading. Had anyone seen the abrupt shock on my face? Titillation for Erotica fans galore because there is no one like Gabriel I've ever read about in my life. Between my reaction and Maya's I don't know who was more surprised. Was it shock or delight? I'm not sure which, and by the time it got heated up? Well...
Let's just say you might want to save it for when you're alone. I really enjoyed Maya's personality and when she discovers the "you know what" for herself she more than has just her hands full if you know what I mean. You seriously cannot help but keep reading more despite the shock because you're so curious as to what happens next.
How does Maya handle it?
She totally rises to the task. Or shall I say Gabriel rises and Maya well... you get the point.
I had a blast reading this book. More than just the sex the characters are great, the plot is great and I really liked the world that Tina creates. I totally need to read the other books in the series though. I so need to read them. I need more.
